Bren PS1 Flip Up Sight Height
« on: June 01, 2016, 04:40:48 PM »
Hi Everyone, I'm currently awaiting the arrival of my first CZ weapon which is the 805 PS1 in FDE.  I am planning on mounting a Trijicon MRO 2.0 on it but I'm not sure which base I should go with.  The flip up sights from what I can tell in pictures appear to be the shorter version of the standard similar Troy AR sights.  I was going to order the optic with the low mount but just want to make sure that I can still view the BUIS through the optic and it doesn't sit to low.  Any help is much appreciated.

Measured from the top of the picatinny rail to the center of the rear peep hole is 35mm.

Browncoat ---- is that 35mm the same as standard Troy sights ???    The factory BREN sights look like they were copied from Troy sights.

Thanks Browncoat I have the standard Troy flip up sights and they look to be the same.  I guess I'll need to pick up a medium to high mount for it in order to achieve co-witness.
