I like my Rami and PCR just the way they are. I'd love to have a .45 in the compact 75 frame, though!
PTC, but Pine Mtn will always be home.

Won't say "will ever" but I think the company focus is currently on the mysterious P-10 or some variation of that effort. The discontinued 3rd Gen Smith & Wessons in compact single-stack form reflected the shift away from hammer-fired, all-metal pistols to today's polymer.

Yet when you do see the rare 3900 series for sale it goes for a premium when compared to the dbl stack 6900.

The PCR get very thin with some LOK or VZ grips.

Interesting. I never thought of that. I'm going to be picking up a PCR in the near future and my only complaint was the thickness. I like the stock grips but for carry I'd definitely like something thinner.

A PCR with the thin grips is slimmer than a 1911 in the major areas so I don't see how they could improve without making an entirely new firearm that could be a pain for them to produce with the ATF Import Points requirement.

I certainly don't want to talk them out of making a single stack 9mm for concealed carry though.
