Gunglove slightly modified their CZ82 butt forward IWB for my 2015 CZ83.  Perfect fit.

I've seen some nice-looking and inexpensive holsters on ebay for the Makarov. I am wondering it they'd fit?

At least two or three were specifically made for a CZ82 - does that count?

Falco Holsters (right next door to the Czech Republic in Slovakia) has numerous holsters for the CZ83.  I have one of these......

.....and like it.  If I recall correctly, when I ordered it, I was able to make a note on the order to make certain it was for the new style squared trigger guard.

The only thing I can complain about is that the double magazine pouch that I ordered to go with it....

......seems to have weak snaps on the flap that wraps around the belt.  One day on a shopping trip I found that both snaps came unsnapped and the pouch was hanging upside-down off of my belt.  Had I not had the tension screws set fairly tight I could have lost one or both of my spare magazines!  When I got home I super-glued those puppies!

Not a problem exclusive to Falco, though.  I had purchased a Summer Special clone from El Paso Saddlery and had one of the snaps pull off of the rivet that held it to the holster when I took it out of the bag to put it on my belt for the first time.
