Cz custom trigger vs HBI spring kit
« on: September 24, 2016, 12:01:33 AM »
I put a shooter's element aluminum trigger shoe with HBI spring kit on my carbine and now want to change out the trigger on my scorpion pistol.  I'm curious if the CZ custom trigger is that much better than a setup like on my carbine?  Worth the incremental price for those who have it?

I had the springs and now have the trigger. No comparison. Trigger is way better. You will lose your trigger shoe though as it won't fit the CZ Custom trigger. CZ Custom can also do a trigger job in addition to adding their trigger, making the pull even lighter.

I have the CZC trigger pack. Like the ability play around with pre/over travel. Very crisp and breaks right around 4.3lbs.

Lol this is like a $600 gun, why are you concerned about upgraded/aftermarket parts?

Because there are other things to spend money on. Firearms related and otherwise.

Do we really need to go though a cost vs benefit analysis?

No, but we need to stay on topic.
