I wanted to add my pair of SP-01's  One on the left CZ 75 SP-01 on the Right SP-01 compact with .22 Kadet. I love shooting this pair.

Dang, ya'll are posting some pics of sweet looking SP-01 Compacts! Nice work! Who is going to be the first one to get theirs hard chromed in matte so it looks sort of like stainless steel?

I'd love to have the slide coated bronze and keep the body black .

Makes me think of the CGW Copperhead pistols. That would look great!

Here's my SP-01 Compact with the two siblings. Wish I could snap pics like Stuart, but this will have to do...

P01 CTS LS  ;D

I actually think that would make a great carry pistol!

Husker, would you actually shoot it like that?

Cool picture!  I'm really digging the bronze grips on that compact SP-01, are those from CZC?

Anyone know if the SP01 compact will fit in a holster for a P01?

To me, the SP-01 Compact looks like a steel framed P-01 with similar dimensions, but I do not know for sure.

Does the SP-01 Compact have the heavy barrel (.550 OD) like the SP-01 or the standard barrel (.504 OD) like the 75b?

How easy is it to decock these without a safety decocker?

Is hammer riding safe enough on them? Will they 1/2 cock like a 75 with a de cocker?

BTW this rate at which these are selling has consistently been increasing each day in the last 5 days. The in stock number at Anacortes dropped by 12 from last night to this morning, and then dropped by another 4 just now. Keep an eye on those numbers if you had been on the fence. They were going a lot slower a week ago. Don't want any members to miss out if they thought they were selling slower and were going to wait. At the rate from the last 5 days they will be gone just after Christmas, but the rate could continue to increase and they'd be gone sooner.

Does the SP-01 Compact have the heavy barrel (.550 OD) like the SP-01 or the standard barrel (.504 OD) like the 75b?

Offhand I think it is the standard barrel, but I am not sure. I will check this evening when I am at home.

There are several ways that people recommend and one that seems to be the safest is the thumb role.

Getting the hammer to half cock. Using whatever method for deckocking that you chose, once the hammer has cleared the sear from full cock position release the trigger. As you continue to let the hammer down it will catch on the sear at half cock position. Keeping the trigger depressed drops the hammer fully. Does that make sense? I can shoot a little video this evening if that would make it more clear.

Last night I sent an email to Mr Gun Dealer thanking them for taking care of the forum members who ordered through them for this pistol. I don't know if the content of that email had any effect (likely not), but their price just dropped to $511. They previously had the lowest price, and now they definitely have the lowest price!

If you order through them just remember:
1- Have your FFL email them a copy of their license right away so you get the fastest turn around.
2- They don't have a login portal for you to track order status. But, you will get purchase confirmation emails, ship confirm emails, and delivery confirm emails. While the lack of a login portal felt abnormal their service was very fast and they were very nice to work with.

**** I have been given nothing for saying this!**** ....But I am always for sale for a CZ  O0 Haha just trying to keep our members posted. Especially because I desperately had wished I had been into CZ's back when those Compact Shadows made it state side, and I vowed to snag one if they returned. Well, this was as close as I can get right now.
