Same magazines.  CZ 75 Compact, PCR, P01, P01 Omega, "SP01" Compact - all use the same 14 round magazine.

If you want extra rounds the 16 round full size magazines will work in the compacts - but stick out the bottom more.  Event he 18/19 round magazines will work - just stick out even more.

Hammer bite?  Never had it happen so I never had to try to "fix" it.  Sorry.

Those SP01 Compacts are still out there.  Saw one at the last gun show I was at.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Question for the experts
Due to this thread: http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=93231.msg711468#msg711468
The P01 gives me hammer bite.
I have the option to trade my Cajun P01 to someone locally for a SP01C and Glock 43 with 5 mags. I would flip the 43 or my current Glock 26 and pickup cajun parts.

Question is would I be stupid?
Do P01 mags fit in the SP01C?

What are you asking about trade value or will the more up swept beaver tail of the SP-01 compact vs P-01 beaver tail help with your hammer bite problem?

Just the trade value, I don't want to clutter up this thread with my fat hands.

I looked at your picture again. Then I snagged a quick video clip to show you the hammers on my SP-01 Compacts and classic 75 Compact. Hopefully this gives you reference to see how the beavertail is different and how the Competition hammers are different. They seem to be a solution for you, combined with the SP-01 Compact. Let me know if it helps at all and it any other clips would help.

Don't have either of mine anymore.

Gave the unfired in the box pistol to my oldest son (who will probably never shoot it).

Gave the one I'd converted to SAO (and all the original parts) to my youngest son to go along with his CZ75SA.  He said he was going to set them side by side, take a picture and call it "big brother and little brother."

Prepping mine to sell now.  You see the one on GB going for $910?

I already have two interested parties, so, no more PMs.  I have it sold, just figuring out if interest one comes through, if not interest two is solid.

Man, I just literally pulled the trigger on a brand new CZ 75 compact. I was looking for a special CZ like yours but it’s too late. How much are you putting it up for on Gunbroker?

I’d like to mount a red dot on this, but I don’t want anything that requires milling. I’m pretty confused about what fits this gun. Looking at a Vortex Venom or Viper. Can someone point me in the right direction? Also, couldn’t figure out how to search this thread, so apologies if this has been answered. Thanks.

You can get an adapter plate that replaces the rear sight. I have one from EGW on a different type of pistol, and it is working great.

https://www.egwguns.com/viper-venom-cz-75-75-sp-01-phantom-85-p01-p07-p09-and-pcr-sight-mount-fits-burris-fastfire-and-docter is the option for a Venom or Viper. They also have options for RMR/Holosun and Vortex Razor.

Check out the Springer Precision adapter plates.  Nice plates and great customer service.  They'll even install the plate for you for $20 if you send them the slide. I had them do that for my CZ97.  Only took a week and it came level and good to go with the Vortex Venom I'm using.
