I still have my two that I got for $550.... They're still going for crazy prices on gunbroker. One of them is unfired, the other is my favorite shooter (well, when 9mm drops to under 60 cents a round again :( )

The more I see what the prices have been on these the happier I am with getting mine. Bought it used for $575 a couple weeks ago but it also already had Dawson Precision sites and CGW grip on it. Just waiting for a nice day to get to actually take it out and shoot it.

Got mine new in 2016 for 550. Nice pistols. A little heavy to carry but doable. Had a stainless limited full size prior to that. Rather have a stainless so I traded the 99021 for a nice stainless recently. An M&P 2.0 compact is a good replacement for carry as its shape is similar but its much lighter.

P01 omegas have alloy frames that don't weight much more than polymer...  Can choose safety or decocker.  Much closer in both function and reliability than M&P.

The decocker location on the Omegas is also closer to Sigs if you run those.

those are the 99041's, not the original (and more rare) 99021's. Basically identical, but don't have the rarity of the 99021's

Did not read all 86 pages....but....the 99021 is the rarest of the two? It’s more desirable than the 99041? I have 5 of the compacts so far...91190, 91194, 91199, 91229, and the 99021...would be interested in the 99041 next...

Keep your eyes peeled, and sooner or later you’ll find one..I used to have a 99021, and had some custom work done to it.. The single biggest thing wrong with them, is their weight, almost equal that of a full-size 1911. They’re well made and accurate, but, as a EDC, well, let’s say there’s better choices available. As far as rarity goes, I don’t really buy it. If you watch any of the YouTube videos showing CZ manufacturing, CZ uses wax molds to make steel frames, which is very inexpensive for them. So, since they use the same parts as the alloy framed compacts, they can literally whip up a batch of these anytime they want..

Here in Europe it is not rare any more, especially not rare as few years ago. It is official CZUB model now, anyone can get it via dealership network. Decocker P-01 (not Omega) is hard to find and price is the same as steel frame version.

I've recently been on a CZ spree. I've seen green and all steel p01 for sale and wish I had the cash to buy both... priorities  :-\
