Just to clarify. I do not have it. I have a 452 Ultra Lux Left hand in 22LR and I am very happy with it.

But I had the chance to handle the jaguar in one of my recent trips to Prague when I visited the CZ central store.

The firearm looks good and is well made. A bit particular checkering. You either love it or hate it.
It has great iron sights and I bet is equally accurate as the rest of the CZ rimfires.

My recommendation is to make sure you handle the rifle before ordering it because its very long barrel makes it muzzle heavy and not so balanced.

I hope this helps

I don't believe the 455 jaguar is available yet in the US.

It would be hard for the majority of the members here to comment.

It's looks like just a special edition Lux. Handling and performance would be typical 455 quality. Use to have a 452 Lux "Special"; they used a gold trigger instead of a silver. Was a tac driver but never got use to the looong barrel.

CZUB sales staff said the Jaguar was geared towards the Asian markets.

Sorry to hijack the thread...but...

Did they say if the camp rifle would ever make it to the west? ;D

I might have to change my tune about the 455 if it did.

There's one listed at a reseller in Manitoba, so my guess would be yes.

That is my understanding as well.  It's just a 455 Ultralux for Asia.

You never know what CZ-USA will, or won't do. :-\

Jaguar has 72cm barrel while 452/455 go either 63cm or 52.5 cm for the FS. 10cm longer is a lot and the riffle is muzzle heavy

Unless my conversion is wrong, the 726mm barrel is 28.5 inches. I don't doubt it's nose heavy.
