How do you compare it overall with the others?

I am debating the 07 UG and the SP-01 UG, but the cost difference is currently tipping the scales.......

That is apples and oranges. One is big and heavy, stable, the other light and agile. What do you want it for?

I am not worried about the apples and oranges.  I already have a CZ smorgasbord. . Just looking for a threaded CZ for possible future endeavors.

If I could pick one, it would be the SP-01, as it would be similar to my SP-01 tactical and Phantom.  But after some recent purchases and with the holiday season around the corner, I don't know if I want to spend the extra bills for the SP-01 right now.  I have seen some of the 07's for almost $200 less.

I have seen a few posts about the SP-01 UG being a super accurate gun for them.  Don't know if that can be attributed to the taller sights or tad longer barrel.

But, I have not really seen much of anything on the 07 UG and its accuracy.  Just looking for some reviews on if it overachieved like the SP-01 UG.  Not interested in a 09 UG.  Have had a standard 07 and 09 in the past and preferred the 07.

I have never seen anything to indicate that the UG in itself is more accurate than the standard versions. All depend on the individual gun I would think.

At least with an SP-01 you could install a CGW barrel bushing if you did need to tighten it up a bit.

And what about that UG 75 omega?

Had not thought about the 75 Omega.  I guess I am always used to them being a safety model gun.  I am more of a decocker guy.  Forgot about the switchability of the Omega system.

Before my CZ P07 , I had a Springfield XD mod 2 subcompact.. absolutely  loved the look of the P 07 Gen 2 in 9 millimeter bought it and fell in love. Using videos and tutorials from this forum and YouTube I disassembled gun sanded  polished all the parts that were suggested changed the hammer spring and firing pin spring, Now have a 7.9 # DA pull and a 4.0 # SA.. mainly my EDC and I love it. I also use an Alien Gear truck 3.0 iwb.

I'm not sure I've had enough experience with the P-07's but here's my 2 cents anyway. I started with the standard P-07 and it was lonely so I got the P-07 UG to keep it company.  They look alike but there are some subtle differences in the way perform.  I only have about 400 rounds through the P-07 and about 200 rounds through the UG and while the DA feels about the same, the SA feels a little smoother on the UG.  The P-07 has the lower night sights and the UG has the higher trijicon sights and are a little more appealing so you would expect the POI to be different but would expect the grouping to be similar. Surprisingly, the POI wasn't that different, however, I didn't expect different ammo to affect the grouping the way it did.  With Blazer 124 gr, the P-07 put the rounds in about a 2" circle at 20 ft ... the UG was spread to about 4 inches.  With Speer 124 gr, the results were almost opposite and HST 124 definitely needs some love.  Granted, neither have enough rounds through them to develop to their potential but I think with a little help from CGW parts, they will reach it sooner than later. 

I'm torn between a SP-01 and the P-09 but there's also the P-01 so I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I can see more CZ's in the future.  On a side note, my son has a Glock 17 and likes the SA on both my P-07's better.  Hope that helps.
