So I'm interested in purchasing the defensive carry package for defensive carry use and am somewhat concerned by the (Competition/ Race Use Only) part. Is it not actually safe for defense and carry, like the name would imply? Thanks

Call them. Not sure what the difference is, but what you want is their other defensive carry package.
