+P+ is an undefined parameter. SAAMI standard goes to 35,000 PSI. +P goes to 38,500. +P+ is undefined. It means the manufacturer believes pressure to be higher than +P, and of course you should assume as much. It may be a little or a whole heck of a lot over +P. Or in the case of some boutique manufacturers, it may mean it hasn't been pressure tested at all. So you can't really ask if a gun is okay for +P+ because NO gun is rated for +P+ as +P+ doesn't have a defined upper limit.
FYI -- The parts of your gun that contain pressure are all made of steel. Whether or not a gun uses polymer parts is unrelated to its ability to handle cartridges of certain pressures.
