LCI Spring Alternative
« on: March 28, 2017, 02:41:37 PM »
I lost the loaded chamber indicator and spring from my 97B at the range last month.  CZ said that they would send out free replacements, but they haven't had the springs in stock for awhile.  I can't seem to find any sellers who have the spring in stock either.  Does anyone know if there is an alternative to the CZ spring (#0420107003)?

You might give Cajun Gun Works or CZ Custom a call and see if they have any spares in stock.

Thanks.  Their websites indicated out of stock, but I'll give them a call just in case.

When you get the spring be sure to use some Blue Loktite on the screw.

Yep I'd call them anyway since they may have some set aside for their own custom work they might cut one loose for you.
Like nicky said don't forget the loctite when you get the new spring. They do come loose. Mine did a few years ago but luckily all the parts landed right on the shooting table.

convulushon,

If you can't find a spring, call us.  We have some springs we can easily alter to make them work.  We can just drop you a couple in the mail at n/c.
