So after getting advices on here, I bought CZ 455 american as a walk around n ocassional shooting from my truck. Will this rifle be sub MOA? I would like to zero it at 100 yards for jack rabbit. What scope you guy put on there? Thanks

The average 452 or 455 is a shooter. Some are excellent shooters. The challenge at 100 yards is to find ammo that is consistent enough to group 5 rounds under MOA.  Just a small velocity difference makes a huge difference. The other challenge is to find affordable ammo that is consistent.

For plinking and hunting I like 3-9 scopes, but for real accuracy I move it way up like 6-18. I find that in the field high power scopes are a pain.

When shooting for accuracy some guns can be ammo specific so you need to try them in your gun. Sadly real good ammo is pricey but I buy Wolf and Ely because they work.

For a lot less and dang near the same results I use Federal AutoMatch. At 25 yards I don't see a big difference. After that it shows up. I love it because my Kadet pistol eats it up. Actually all my semiautos do.

Where do you get your Wolf Ammo in AZ? I live in Chandler and can't find it locally.

Thanks

I buy all of my 22 ammo online. Usually find it cheaper. Over Memorial day I got 1974 rnds of cheap copper washed bulk pack shipped for .05?/rnd. Got to feed those 10/22s something!
