The VP9, P230, P229/226 (can't remember) have been most disappointing (so far).

Nothing, I repeat nothing, has been as horrible as the Remington RP9.  Two failures in the Elemental and FIFTEEN failures (and not finishing) in the Gauntlet.   :o
I agree but wasn't expecting much out of that one or the Canik or High Point. Expected better from SIG and HK.

That was very impressive for the little P-07! For a pistol that can be had for such a good deal, and has support from the shops with aftermarket parts... it stands as a fantastic deal!

It was a fun video to watch.

However in 25 years of service, which included wars and more anti terror operations than I can count or remember. My rifle and pistol never went through anything as hard as the test in these videos.

It's nice to see the P07s do well.  The elemental test is interesting as it does kind of show where a handgun's weakness might be.  The gauntlet is fun to watch, but it's probably over and above what your pistol would ever experience.  The new test at the end where he hoses the pistol out and then shoots it after it's dried for a bit is pretty good too.

I'm surprised this is the first inverted rail gun he has done for the Gauntlet considering how many CZ/clones MAC uses.

I'm especially interested about this review because it has an omega trigger. I got a 75B Omega and I'm really hoping to see guns with the omega triggers do well.

Good to see the P07 do VERY well from my seat. But it is a bit interesting to see what was a kin to what the Navy Seals select and use for decades go down in flames.   Hence, all the crap thrown at Tim, and his present apologies to all the folks with bunched panties.

Some of us can remember the days when CZs were REALLY an off-brand, foreign, "unsupported gun".  Now they seem to be the rage.

I think it is fantastic the P-07 did so well and any firearm that does well should get it's due recognition.  However, with the exception of the water test I really do not see where the rest of this test is applicable to me and will probably not hold it against any weapon that has a bad showing in this test.  I will never allow any weapon that my life may depend on to be subjected to conditions this test mimics.   Anyway congrats to CZ for a job well done in the design and manufacturing of the P-07, but honestly I think we all knew that without the test.

I like the test but take it for it's entertainment value.  I'm glad the P-07 did well but it would have done better with the hammer all the way down.  I realize that's not realistic though since de-cock drops it to half cocked.

I also suspect that some of the guns that don't do so well, do so because they are pretty tight to begin with.
