Lunch today… sauerkraut soup (zelnacka) and Czech type bread roll. Oh, 1982 with blued finish, windage adjustable rear sight and Kummer Dotmatrix Ergo alum grips.

Hi,
Do you have a recipe for the soup?
Thanks

Another on of my builds. I had some help from Stuart from CZ Custom. They built the Bullseye upper for me. It's on a 75b SA frame coated Satin aluminum with CGW parts and a Lok Palm Swell Veloce-Target grips. And now some bad pics.

The “mix and match” between the D Compacts during that time frame was fairly common when you look at the large number of the surplus models that were brought into the States a few years back.

Two CZ 75B SAs converted to DA/SA with CGW short reach and short reset kits.  Top has old style CZ 85C trigger and VZ Grenades.  Bottom has Armory Craft DASA Dual Adjustable trigger and VZ Palm Swell Grenades.  Always nice to have a backup.

More than I need but not as many as I want

^^That is something differnt, neat. Did the factory hammers have a second hole for a Disconector or only one hole for the Hammer Strut?

Thank you for the pic.

Thank you for the pic.

I replaced the factory SA hammers.  The hammers that came in my SAs only had a single hole for the hammer strut and no disconnecter.  I basically used the CGW Pro-Package for 75 Manual Safety, which is what they recommend for a self defense weapon.

Nice, the Hammer that i pulled out of the last CZ 75 SAO i worked on had only the one hole. It surprised me a bit that CZ manufactures a Hammer like this, rather than using the standard DA/SA Hammer and just leaving out the Disco. Most folks are going the other direction and converting from DA/SA to SAO. It is nice to see someone converting in the other direction.
