Making combat effective shots inside of 10 yards requires zero sights. Period. You could remove sights from the slide and still make effective hits at 10 yards and in.

Depending on skill-level, of course... :-)

I have some students that struggle at 3 with sights.

Start practicing with a Squirt gun and shoot from the hip!

It's funny how another big name in the industry, and major proponent of RDS on a handgun (not saying names, but just so happened to have been beefing with Aaron Cowan on fb a few days ago)  will bleep near straight up tell you irons forward are junk and waste of money and is the wrong way no matter what .

I can probably guess who that was, but still would train with Aaron over that person any day of the week. That being said I prefer my sights behind the RDS

Well my po9 slide is on the way to primary machines to get the vortex Viper put on, now I'm going to be impatient waiting for it. hey it's kind of like being a kid at Christmas again.
When I get it back I'll post pictures, having the slide cerekoted titanium.

I have always used imgur.

BTW, I clarified this with them... their TOS reads pretty vague and it was bugging me ;-)

They absolutely do allow posting images you?ve uploaded there on social media and forums. What they DON?T allow is using images you upload there as content on your website.

So sleep easy - the Imgur police aren?t coming after you ;-)

Well I think at this point muscle memory kicks in. If you're able to draw from a holster and the gun comes right up in front of your eyes where it belongs right on target, then finding the red dot Isn't going to be a problem ,I found that to be the case.. for me I just look at the Target draw the pistol and the dot Is right there. I think I'm just lucky that it happens that way I hear of people that have a hard time finding it, like I said I think it's just muscle memory from practice.
