I just bought a new 75 SP 01 Canadian Edition that has been to the Custom Shop. When I was disassembling it for cleaning the recoil spring & buffer flew off before I got a good look at the orientation of the buffer on the guide rod. Now I'm not sure which way the buffer goes on, one side is raised and the other side is flat.
Question: does the flat side of the buffer go towards the trigger or muzzel?
