Very few folks who have bought the CZ factory wood grips seem all that satisfied.
Talk to Hakan or Omega8Omega about their custom grips -- they not that much more expensive, and they'll build them the way you want -- thinner, if needed. Or possibly thicker. A wide variety of woods and treatments.
The Hogue wood grips are also supposedly thinner, too, if "thin" is what you want.
