Pretty sure the 92 can't be imported.  Intratec made a cheap clone. Protec 25

I own a CZ45 in 25ACP.  The metal is soft.  I found this out when I had to replace some springs in the pistol.  When racking the slide to eject a round out of the chamger, I noticed that the primer had a faint indentation on it.  I assume it was from a tired firing pin spring.  Scary though.

WOW Holy Thread resurrection!

Even weirder ? I was just handling the CZ Custom Shop version this morning.  Don?t know how it shoots, but I would bet it is sweet; metal frame, small caliber = low recoil.  I wouldn?t use the caliber for self-defense but it looks fun and felt nice; not like one of the polymer 380s on the market.

Where are you located? The 92 is not imported to the USA (restricted), but CZ Custom is looking at manufacturing them here next year-ish. They don?t have a price but it will be substantially less than $999,999.00.

Question: Is a CZ made here in the USA still a CZ????

That is a sweet looking pistola there! I still want one...

As far as CCW goes, I would carry one as a back up pistol. I honestly do not know the ballistics of the .25ACP so I can only give my opinion... I would throw it in a pocket holster.

just like the baby browning i have, and also hipoint firearms and some others, use the portion of the firing pin that protrudes from the breech face when the slide is at the rear, to eject the case, the firing pin IS THE ejector.
