CZ Scorpion Evo - What happened?
« on: February 24, 2018, 07:36:24 PM »
So I got this thing brand new, never fired a shot since we've been under feet of snow. Picked up some A-zoom snap caps and loaded them into a magazine. Pulled back the charging handle and heard a weird noise. When I looked inside I found this bar sitting there. I have no idea what that piece is but it doesn't move and my bolt release no longer works.

If you're on a Windows machine right click the picture then left click on the option to "open in a new tab"
Then left click on that tab. The picture will be resized and easier to look at.

From the picture, it looks like your charging handle is in the locked up position. Can you confirm? If that is the case, then no, the bolt release won't do anything.

How could you tell anything from that picture Eastman?

I want to try to help, but that's not possible from where I'm sitting.

I was looking for the one thing that I knew would absolutely keep the bolt release from working, and it looked to me like I saw it.
