P10C w/CZ Custom Adjustable Rear Sight

For those of you interested in installing the CZ Custom Adj Rear Sight, https://czcustom.com/zdl-shadow-adjust-rear-sight-ii.html, on your P10C here is mine done with a Dawson Precision front fiber optic. The size of the front sight is .240t x .115w. I had the front sight made by Dawson. The last time I looked it was not yet on their sight. The slide needed to be milled to accept the front of the sight. The milling was done CGW. By looking at the pics CGW did a great job. Looks like came from the factory.

I originally sent the slide to have the sights put on by a former member SPO1SHADOW. When he went to put on the CZ Custom adj rear sight that's when he realized it was not going to fit. Just a word of caution. The P10C rear sight cut is supposed to accept a Shadow 2 sight. The CZC adj rear sight is for a Shadow 2 and will not fit without the extra milling needed to accept the front of the sight. A fixed Shadow 2 rear sight will work perfectly. SPO1SHADOW got in touch with CGW to see if they could do the milling. They said it was possible so off went the slide and the adj rear sight. I could not have done any of this if it wasn't for SPO1SHADOW. I know he is no longer a member here, but it's important to thank the right people properly. Cannot forget about CGW doing an exceptional job milling the slide. Looks like it came from the factory that way.

I have since received the slide back with the adj rear sight and front fiber optic sight installed. I've had the gun to the range several times sighting it in and putting rounds through it. There are pics of the adj rear sight and the front fiber optic sight. The pic where I was measuring the group is a little misleading. The three shots that are parallel with tape is actually a five shot group. The measuring tape is covering 2 shots. It may look like that group was bigger because of the other shots just above the three shots. It was cold that day and the black spray was not covering very well. The target was 25 yards. That grouping is under two inches.

I have a fear that if I had an adjustable sight I would always think it was off and keep adjusting it. I have set sights and can only blame myself.
