P-07 for IDPA CCP
« on: April 27, 2018, 06:11:23 PM »
Anyone here use the P-07 for IDPA CCP? Does it fit the box?

I searched and saw that back in 2015 some said it fit and some said it didn?t.

Thanks

Yes it does!

I shot CCP with my P07 for about 2 years with no issues including one sanctioned match with a new IDPA plastic box. If you checkout the link above it has photos to show it sitting inside.

I think the P07 is great in CCP (I did really well with mine!)

Been using my Canik S-120 for IDPA and doing okay. Switched over to my P-07 today and had a horrible day. Funny because I'm very comfortable shooting this at the range, but through in movement and reloading and everything went to pot. In principle the P-07 should be fine, depending on the shooter...

It fits in some CCP boxes, others seem to need a heavy hand on the lid, and some are a no.  Calipers don't lie (it is too wide), and I didn't want to think about it, so I ordered an extra right side control and ground it down a bit.
