Sorry to hear about your P10C. I have never had to use CZ customer service, but from what I read on the forum it usually seems pretty good. I do hope they get it fixed for you. All my CZs work like a charm, including my P10C. I was at the range today and shot my suppressor ready P09. What a wonderful shooting pistol. Super smooth and easy to shoot. Now my SIG P365 is a problem child. It has been back to the factory 2 times and still is not fixed. I've owned this pistol for 3 months and it has been at SIG for repairs for 2 of the 3 moths. So I do feel your pain. Best of luck.

I am sorry you are having issues with the Sig.  After that P320 drop video and the youtube videos of the P365 not working to great I was leery of it.  I am about to get my first Sig.  I got a P225-A1 for carry.  I haven't heard one complaint about it other than the weight.  It actually arrived at my gun dealer today.  I might of had a bad week but his was a nightmare.  The dealer's wife's father and stepmom died in a house fire in Texas.  So, his shop is closed until next Wednesday.  I am bummed I couldn't get my P-01 and P225 from him but I am not complaining at all and I completely understand.  Family is more important than guns.

I worked with a guy this summer who had a P365 and he said he had zero issue with it.  But, I have heard of a lot of issues with them too.  It is funny that I never seem to heard about issues with hammer fired guns.

I know from experience the pain of having problems with a brand new pistol and needing to send it back to the factory.  It sucks!   If you're like me then you get excited taking out the brand new pistol for the first time and it's a pisser when there are real problems with it.  With other brands I've even had to send them back more than once, but, by the end everything has worked out.

You're right in contacting CZ and I have confidence they will sort this out.  It's definitely a shame their computers were down which is delaying the return.  This happens to all companies and it's the last thing they want, too.

Now, I have no personal experience with CZ support but I often hear and read good things about them.

Hang in there, CZ will make this right.
