I've followed those videos. TRS is ok. When I move trigger bar spring aside (no pressure on trigger bar) it moves freely, smoothly and TRS works nice. Rubbing begins when I connect triger bar spring back and pressure will kick up.
When I try to keep TBS aside, move gun upside down and apply presure on trigger bar by finger, it works and it is smooth ... seems maybe like TBS itself rubs the slot inside trigger bar. Which Ive also polished a little bit, I forgot about that. Could this happen? Maybe geometry of the slot is very sensitive and if changed, wire will rub inside it?
I've tried it during polishing (to move spring inside groove) and it was very smooth, but maybe angles are different in reality. Is polishing that groove taboo?
I will try to buy spare trigger bar and test this.
