Bottom line, it will come down to personal choice. Let us know how it works out for you once you've made your purchase.

Here are a couple of threads you may or may not find interesting.

One more thing to add, based on my own experience with the Compact vs. the PCR.  Yes, the extra weight of the Compact makes it a real bleepcat to shoot, but the contour of the beavertail is such that it was eating a hole in my hand after less than 100 rounds.  The PCR doesn't do that, there's just a little different contour and upsweep.  Of course, that could have just been me, I don't think I've seen anyone with the same problem.

I don't know about the others, but my PCR trigger wanted to bite, I replaced it with the CGW 85C style, problem solved.  I went with the PCR as I have no need for the rail and I have decockers on all my pistols.  I also prefer the "Classic" CZ action vs. the Omega, but again, that's just my own opinion.  Good luck.

I have all three and I would still have a hard time choosing which one I like best. My P01 was built in 2002 and was actually a transitional model and it is more accurate than my others, but that could be because it is so well broken in. To me the P01 just feels so well balanced and gives the sensation of being lighter than the PCR although there isn't any appreciable difference in the actual weight.

I forgot to mention that the P01 and 75 Compact are both wearing Truglo TFX sights while the PCR has the stock sights on it. At my age I definitely prefer the Truglos.

Over thinking things is the curse of the internet.

I have most or all of the guns you are considering. My favorite and the one I carry now everyday is my P-01.
If someone told me I had to switch to the PCR I'd be fine with that as well r the compact. All good guns and because I practice
I shoot all of them equally well. If the option for you is only one of them my opinion doesn't matter really. Get what make your smile the biggest!!!!

Hiya and thx for the thread. I've owned and enjoyed those platforms and each has differences you will grow to appreciate. So call CZC and see which one you can get first, and just put an order icon the ones yet to arrive. Meanwhile you can thin out the herd by putting a few guns in our want ads to help fund the purchases. Be well.

What about magazines compatibility and after-market availability?
Is any of P01/PCR/P07 compatible with standard CZ 75/Mec-Gar magazines? I don't think so, but just asking.

This thread has been very helpful for me. I am not crazy about the de-cocker position on the Omega pistols. I am gong to eliminate the Omega line. Mentions of trigger slap in the regular PO-1 would bother me as i sometimes find this on my RAMI. I really like the looks of the PO-1. I like the big dot front sight/dash rear sight (ball on a post sight picture) that was mentioned in another post. I think what I am going to do is call Cajun Gun Works and have them build me a PO-1 with a pro package, flat trigger (if they can do that) and upgrade the sights. What the H*LL I've been wanting to do this ever since talking to them 6 months ago. I know they don't have any in stock but I am patient and in no hurry. Besides I can shoot my 75B and carry the RAMI in the interim. Thanks to everyone who contributed in this thread.

Only one of the Compacts in this house has a 14 round magazine in it - my wife's CZ75 Compact.

Both my P01 Omegas have 16 round magazines in them (with the bottom cover that covers all the metal that would otherwise be showing the gap between the frame and the bottom of the longer magazine.

P01 with the 16 round magazine and base that makes it look nice.

Thought I had a picture of the Compact with a 19 round magazine hanging out of the it, but couldn't find it.

The longer magazines work fine, some people don't think they look pretty.  I'll bet if you're ever in a situation where your pistol runs dry you won't care what the magazine looks like as long as it's full.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Only problem is that they will not be able to do the flat SA style trigger due to it being a decocker model.  You will want to use the 85 series trigger.

One of the steel framed P01 looking CZ75 Compacts converted to SAO.  Sweet.  Gave it to my youngest son a couple weeks back.

But a CZ75 Compact could be converted to SAO in the same manner.

I own a PCR and a P-01, both Cajunized. Both are amazing but if I had to choose, my PCR would be the last pistol I would sell. The PCR seems to fit my hand better and I love the way it shoots.
