I wanted to load some self defense ammo to use against small mammals. I was thinking of using Speer Gold Dots, but then I saw the price on GD versus the new Berry Mfy 124gr Hyper Hollow Point and decided on the HHP.
I wanted to test the N340 because we haven't done so before. I've shot a lot of it, but never over a chrono. Probably could have used HS-6, CFE or BE-86 to achieve the velocity the HHP requires, but like I said the chrono as calling.
Everything was going great until I inhaled a gnat (which are really bad this year). That threw me into a coughing fit for about 15 minutes and killed the rest of the afternoon !

Berry Hyper Hollow Point
> Recommended velocity = 1050 - 1150 fps (from Berry)
> Length = 0.536"
> Diameter = 0.357"
NOTES:
> I decided upon a OAL of 1.050 1.055" to get a substantial seating depth. This bullet could actually seat much longer in a CZ. Revised length for Win cases.
> The P10c fed these bullets really well. There were zero feed issues.
> Even with Fed primers there was no big primer distortion
> These are very smooth, easy to shoot rounds
