An "email trail" is all well and good, but the trail
doesn't begin until you have an RMA number. You'll also want to request
a contact name and contact email address at the same time.
So right now your email is lost in the CZ-USA corporate email hopper that receives 15,000 emails everyday.... Saturday, Sunday, and holidays included. See the problem ?
Compare that to a direct, singular contact in Customer Service, and sending him/her an email with the
RMA number as the subject title. That's an email that's going to get action ! See the difference ?

In the corporate world, people take $1000 a seat training classes to learn what I just told you. Young people are especially ignorant and somehow believe that an email constitutes meaningful action. It is
motion, but it is NOT
action.
