So just from the email I was given the RMA and shipping / label information with in the next business day. I sent my P10c in and was delivered a new one within 3 weeks. So all in all I am very pleased with the customer service I received.

That's pretty awesome! Now, I'm curious, how does that work with Serial numbers? Did the new one have your old serial in it somehow? New serial? Do they not matter? Does the DROS not matter?

Serial numbers are not reproduced. CZ logs the original serial number as destroyed and replaced with the serial number of the gun that it was replaced with in their files. As long as the gun is replaced with the same model it can be shipped right back to your door as long as you are in a free state.

All of my pins in my P10C are straight and the holes are all clean no deformation of the polymer.
