The cases are brass. It all looked like brass.
Please,Case and bullet jacket is non-magnetic. Scratched through, Bullet jacket is either solid brass or solid copper. Hey, if you'd rather sort through bogus cases and re-load the decent ones I understand. I'd rather spend my limited time at the range with good 9mm ammo I can buy in bulk for <16 cents/rnd. Geco made by RUAG IMHO is one of the good ones. YMMV

I've run across those as well, looked like brass, but was definitely steel, the magnet told the tale, I was shocked, was about to reload them, glad I checked with a magnet.
I've seen the Geco 9mm made in Switzerland, Germany and the latest from SG Ammo (good price right now) is made in Hungary. According to the Q&A's on Target Sports USA, the Swiss bullets have a magnetic bi-metallic jacket. The Hungarian jackets are reportedly non-magnetic.

I'll probably order from SG Ammo Hungarian-made ammo if it is brass-only and can be used for reloading. Looking for other Labor Day deals on ammo.
