Suppressor ready and optics ready rear sights are different.  The only source for tall sights that fit the Optic Ready are from CZ, and they're only available in kits with optic plates for now, if you can find them in-stock.  I blacked out the rear dots.  They're fine with RMR/Holosun 507, but just barely usable with an SRO.  Probably fine with every other RDS except the much taller DPP.

The top picture is the 507?  1/3 co-witness?  I going to be getting a 10-c optic ready sometime this month and I already have a hs507c.  I can't find and listing on the CZ web site about mounting plates or sights so they must be out of stock.

Not really what you'd call a 1/3 co-witness, more like lower 1/5.  The irons need to be zeroed independently from the dot.  Just "Lollipopping" the dot on top of the irons will give you a false zero.  While the irons sit very low, most of the front dot is visible and there's enough rear notch to use at speed with the Holosun.

Are those steel or aluminum?

CZ-USA plates are steel.

I think he was asking about the sights themself. Many standard p10 sights were aluminum from the factory, and given the sights only add $20 value to the optic plate, I'm guessing they are aluminum. Which is why I'll probably run just the RMR until some steel sights are available.

The sights have always been steel.

earl,

can you post a pic of the side profile of the sights that are part of the oem optics plate package?

Not the best pic, I'll replace it with one that's more squared up with the sight tonight.

Earl,

I'm curious in what the front sight's side profile looks like as well, thanks in advance.

I just sent an email to Dawson Precision and CZC inquiring about OR rear sights.  Here's the response I got back from Dawson.  Looks like demand just isn't high enough yet.

Earl,

At this time we have no plans now. But it is a request Mr Dawson gets sometimes. If he gets more request he may take it under consideration to design something.
