P-10c Ejector

I just got my first p-10 today and after stripping it down, I noticed the ejector might be bent.  I've seen this issue in the past while I was researching this gun.  The gen 1's might have had over insertion problems?  It appears to be pushed up like a ski jump. Anyhow, I wanted to upload some pics to see if you guys think this is how the part comes normally, or it was bent from the factory.  Thanks.

Have you actually fired the gun yet? If not go shoot it and report back on how it operates. There have been some issues with early guns but I don't recall anyone complaining about ejector issues. If you take the time to research tuning you'll find ejectors can to bent or machined to configurations which give a desired and reliable ejection pattern.

I haven't shot it yet.  Just wondered if I should be calling cz to get a replacement.  The slide stop bar makes contact with it with a magazine inserted.  I figured I could file a notch in the bar to keep this from getting worse or ever happening in the first place.

Yours looks straight.  I think mine got mangled before I received it.  Thanks for the pic.  I googled pics of the parts but couldn't find any.

When reassembling the slide on the frame, does the slide clear the ejector?  If so, it’s probably fine.  But if the slide hangs up on the ejector its probably bent.  You can get a new part from CZ-USA that has the ejector ($35?).  But if it came that way from the factory I would contact CZ-USA. 

I bent mine by over-inserting a P09 mag in a P10C with the slide locked back.  It probably got bent from slamming it in there too hard or too many times.  Was able to bend it back, but I did look into getting a new part from CZ-USA if mine was too buggered to be fixed.

If the gun is new I wouldn't file anything yet.See how it operates and if there's a problem CZ will take care of you.

I have the exact same issue with a new purchase.  I did fire the gun and it is experiencing a great deal of malfunctions. This is my second P10-c and my first has bee flawless. I've already called CZ and sent 2 emails. Anyone know how long they take to get back to you?

I bent the ejector up on my gen1 ambi-mag release P-10C (above) with aggressive slide-lock reloads.  The top should be dead flat.  I tapped it back down with a hammer.  On my reversible mag release P-10F, the ejector broke off completely (circled) mid-match.

Well it is unfortunate that this is actually an issue with these guns. CZ better get the rest of the bugs worked out sooner rather than later if they want this line to flourish. I'll be sticking with my hammer fired CZ's.

Sent an email  Tuesday without a response.  Called yesterday to be sure they received it. I was told  they are working it. I had a problem with my Gen 1 P10 c. The slide catch spring was protruding and in one day a new frame insert was on the way. Are they understaffed now?

Although not as severe my P10s appears to have a bit of the same angle. This gun has ~800 rounds through it will 0 failures.

Just go shoot it, it's probably fine.

I just looked at my P10c (just purchased new) the angle of my ejector looks obviously bent, very similar to the picture above. Only have about 300 rounds through it so far, but no issues yet. Definitely something to keep an eye on.

I'm thinking they have a bad batch of rear inserts out there. The ejector is noticeably bent upward compared to my Gen 1.
