I spoke to CZ-USA and they are sending me out replacements for #5 and #17. Great customer service!

After a mix up at the CZ USA parts department, they finally (and quickly) sent me out my replacement parts.  Definitely a downward slope on this replacement rear insert.  I must say a great customer service experience with CZ USA.  I'm not sure if I'm going to throw this in just yet...

Good question.  I don't think these have to be perfectly straight to function properly, and they don't seem to be arrow straight as new parts, but I haven't seen one angled down like that one is (although relatively few pics have been posted here).

Yeah, the ejector in my P10F looks just like the one from tjwolf. As well, when I insert an empty magazine it does push the slide stop lever into the bottom of ejector, but with nowhere near enough force to cause any damage or bending, even if I slam the mag home.  I’d say something happened at the factory to cause your ejector to be bent downward like that and it is definitely not right.

Holy Batman... I suspected CZ was having QC issues with some of the parts, but that's insane. Worst of all, someone actually put that in an envelope and shipped it out of the warehouse.

If instead that's a new Rev3 part, then some CZ engineer had a big brained idea that to keep the ejector from bending up, they would just bend it down the other way. A lot. Almost looks like a machineshop joke...

I suspect that is going to cause issues with feeding since the top round in a mag is probably going to nose-up when it hits the ejector.

I'll be calling CZ back to inquire about this downward sloped replacement insert.

My p10c OR has a slight upward bend to it. It doesn't look like the rounds are making contact with the ejector.  Model 95130 1/10/2020 mfg date.

Just checked one of my brand new unfired FDE frames. It looks flat at first glance but if you place a straight edge over the ejector, you see a little light in the location where most are seeing the slight upturn of the bend.

Just called CZ again regarding this downward bent insert.  They've confirmed it should be straight , a little bend up or down wouldn't affect function of the firearm, but they believe my replacement was bent during shipment.  They also checked a bin of inserts and said they are straight and this shouldn't be a QC issue.

They are sending me another replacement insert. :)

They also mentioned that some people using extended magazines and slamming the magazine home doesn't help the situation for the ones that bend or break upward.

If you believe that line, I've got a bridge in a lovely little city called Manhattan...  ::)

Unless they shipped it in a paper envelope with zero padding and someone closed it in a door jamb, it's a part designed to be smashed into a brass case at high velocities, over and over and over. They shipped it like that  ;D

Latest ejector replacement almost exactly matches the one that came stock in my P-10C.  I guess I will leave it be and have backups of it breaks...
(both images are the new ejector)

Any chance we gan get a sticky for the P10 family ejector? This seems to come up over and over, and having vath's picture of an uninstalled and unfired (and not completely borked like the first one) ejector block would be nice to point people to.
