Hello. I've fired a couple of hundred rounds of the Winchester 127-gr. +P+ through a Pre-B CZ-75 with no problems. Mine has an 18-lb recoil spring. Case extraction was w/o problem and ejection was positive. Accuracy was first rate. I have also had good luck with this ammunition in Browning Hi Powers.
From the CZ, I got an average velocity of 1285 ft/sec with a standard deviation of 29 ft/sec.
While the link below is more related to the CZ-75, it does show a target in which the Winchester RA9TA load was grouped.

Still, I think it translates well to the CZ as its velocity with the ammo is about 20 ft/sec faster, same ballpark and probably same terminal results. Such has been the case in my own informal "testing."

The deer was taken in a game management effort and certainly is not a trophy by any means. (It was eaten, of course.) The wounds made by the bullet and the recovered bullet compared to some fired into wet pack as well as water are shown, too.
