Love my P10c, have a Rami BD I am thinking of getting rid of. I love it but just do not shoot it that often, but it is an excellent gun and the trigger is really nice. Not a fan of the P365.

It is clear that everyone has a different opinion based on the individual use. That is why this forum provides tons of useful information. As to light trigger pull on a striker fired pistol such as Sig P365, I agree that it would not be the best idea to carry one in the pocket or AIWB, that is why I got mine with a thumb safety. It is completely safe to carry. There are striker fired pistols with thumb safety or a grip safety for those, like me, who are skeptical when it comes to carrying fully loaded and cocked (or pre-cocked) pistol in the IWB or a pocket holster. Ruger, Walther, Springfield, Sig come to mind.
RAMI is a great pistol, mine had a CGW treatment with reach reduction kit and a sweet SA/DA trigger. I have rather small hands so even with extra thin, custom grips to make it more suitable to my hands, I never got comfortable.  Unfortunately, it was just too thick and too heavy for concealed carry and soon became a safe queen. I am glad, however,to see such a great following for this pistol and overall appreciation for CZ products.

I bought my P365 with thumb safety too. I like the added piece of mind.

My p365 didn't come with a thumb safety, but once you can find the parts available, only takes a few minutes to give it a thumb safety.

Mine got one yesterday matter of fact.

I guess I'm just old school like that.

I wondered if it were possible and how hard it’d be to add one. I like how easy and fast they can be cleaned.

The P-365 and Hellcat have forever raised the bar in terms of pocket-able or IWB size and high capacity. So if you're going to carry one of these strikers; I totally understand those who would prefer a manual safety; especially if all your other defense pistols are configured with manual safety.

However, for those of us who prefer DA/SA and no additional redundant safety beyond the ample safety of double-action 1st round; who want the size and capacity of a P-365, and don't want to carry a pistol with a safety and different manual of arms (a potential safety issue in itself IMO) there is another solution:

Considering that most ND's occur upon holstering:

Place the pistol safely into the holster BEFORE carefully placing both into the pocket or onto IWB.

And of course....Keep your booger finger off the bang switch upon draw till ready to shoot (which applies to any pistol)  ;)

But whatever your manual-of-arms choice. Train, practice, practice.

Considering that most ND's occur upon holstering, this may be a reasonable solution for carrying light-triggered strikers.

Place the pistol safely into the holster BEFORE carefully placing both into the pocket or onto IWB.

I’m carrying that same P365/Vedder setup right now.

Gunnerdad, I agree it's a secure way to pocket carry, with or without manual safety the trigger is totally covered in a hard shell.
The Vedder 'Pocket Locker' or Alabama Pocket Holster are almost identical. Both really good.

So here's an interesting combination:
1 SIG P-365XL optics-ready with Romeo Zero mounted
2 Purchased through SIG parts: short SAS slide, barrel and recoil spring that fits the XL frame.
Slides with matching barrels/springs swapped in seconds. One for Carry, One for HD and Range
