Up until a year or so ago, the brass cased Herter's was made by S&B. Now it is made by Winchester.Quote from: ILpaul on August 29, 2020, 01:06:17 PMNot sure what old vs. new means, but surely not original. Someone else, unknown, is now using the Herter's name, probably without a license since that expired long ago.Herter's is used by Cabela's as the name for their house brand ammo (among other things). Brass cased Herter's handgun ammunition was made by S&B (and said so right on the box) up until very recently, when that changed to Winchester as the manufacturer. Steel cased rifle ammo was sourced from Russia and shotgun shells were Italian. Haven't looked recently to see if that is still true.

For European pistols, feed them European 7.65 Br instead of US .32 Auto. There are small difference in the dimensions of the rim and extractor groove.
Added ComplicationI shoot only only Fiocchi "red" box. The packaging states Made in Italy. 7,65 Browning gets top billing. It appears Fiocchi also has USA made version, "blue" box. It is labeled .32ACP first.
