Yup.
I guess I'm still scratching my head at how the Colt brand offerings are going to compliment/mesh with the CZ and Dan Wesson lines.
Will they acquire Colt, and then just take a hands-off approach and let Colt keep doing what they're doing on their own?
Or will they adjust what Colt offers so it doesn't overlap and compete? I'm thinking mainly of the 1911 market here. For example, does DW become the higher end 1911 part of the business, and Colt focus on offering 1911s for the sub-$1200 market?
What happens with the Colt revolver line?
And then there are the Colt ARs, which I can't believe are selling very well, except on name/historical nostalgia alone. They are quite expensive compared to much of the competition, and not all that up-to-date.
It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out, but in the big picture it seems like a good indicator of the overall financial health of CZ, and their expanding commitment to the (largely) American market.
