I’d check the manufacture date. The P365 has had a lot of issues since they were introduced. Then shoot the hell out of it to shake it down because they continue to have issues, especially with the internal plastic and (cheap) Indian MIM parts (i.e. the striker). I don’t trust mine to carry with a round in the chamber - all the safety features depend on one Indian MIM tab on the striker, unlike most other striker fire pistols that have multiple separate redundant safety features to keep the thing from shooting your junk off. Sig Talk is probably the best, more or less objective / non fanboy website to explore these issues.
The thing is, once you go to the time trouble and expense to upgrade from the problematic oem parts, the P365 ain’t so cheap anymore.
