This is so vague it's useless. Are you saying you placed an order with CZ Custom and didn't receive it? You called who and who did you speak to? Not buying that anyone would tell you not to inquire about a missing package. You need to elaborate more here and be forthcoming with much more info.

Didn't get the guys name. Spoke to someone that answered the call. It was an extractor spring order (2). The gentleman on the phone said it wasn't worth the effort to follow up on. All I asked is if he could follow up on it from his end in case it wasn't delivered. No Paul Harvey moment. Were you the guy on the phone with me?

Still laughing about the Paul Harvey comment and I was born in the late 50's.

Extractor Spring (40cal suggest in Shadow 2 extraction issue thread)
Called on 17th after 4days of no movement with a late arrival notification with no arrival date.
The question was how long do we wait to see if it is truly lost. (i.e. replace? reimburse?)
Told not to get my panties in a bunch. Paraphrasing.
I have an extraction issue I would like to resolve .

Needless to say I was irritated. So I'm still reading about the issue hear to see if anything else has made a difference. My gun is acting the exact same as the initial description in the thread mentioned. I start looking for alternative place to get the spring.
These things are hard to come by at the moment. Either its covid related or it's a problem with these guns creating a shortage of parts. Remember it's my first CZ.

Needles to say the tracking number (with no movement shown in the am yesterday) shows delivered at my business. I only worked in the morning Saturday. Problem solved. Except i still have an extraction issue.
Sorry for the brevity when I began.....but the reaction of calling bullsh*t on my post is a little harsh.

No it's not at all when your first post on the forum is to trash one of the premier suppliers of CZ parts and custom services with a statement totally void of any detail. posting a complaint here won't get the post office moving any faster either which is where it appears your problem lies at this point.
Posting language as you posted above even in abbreviation is also generally frowned upon here read the forum rules.
At any rate Stuart will look into it for you and get you what you need now.
You might also try posting a detailed description of the issue your having with your gun in the forum section pertaining to what model you have. You'll be surprised at how helpful we can be when we have proper details to work with.

OMG pepp, you've sure managed to stir up the hornets' nest this time !!!
     I've got about 10 years on you and figure when the laughter stops, the lights go out. Don't be discouraged by a little negativity here and There. Your initial post was a bit lacking in the finesse department, and seems to have rubbed some the wrong way.
    One of the things I like about this forum is that minor disagreements seldom escalate very far, and are eventually forgiven.

I have only dealt with CGW and CZ Custom a very few times.....been pretty much problem free with my CZ firearms and not much into adding any mods to my CZs.  The e mails or phone calls to both companies have been very productive and professionally handled by the CS rep I have spoken to. Have to be honest, did do a MCarbo spring kit mod to my P-07......and also with them, a very good relationship.

Doubt he ever posts again.  Hope it is not so, but "Good Day" is pretty definitive.  The fact that he still has an extraction issue with his only CZ, was never addressed or even explored.  Bad on us as a community, we did not help one of our own.

Lesson that should be learned:

1. Never attack a newbie.
2. Treat all persons on this forum with respect - especially someone who is new.
3. You can ask for more specifics without being critical.  IF YOU CAN'T DO NOT COMMENT.
4. There can be multiple causes to virtually all malfunctions. May want to look beyond the most likely.
5. This forum was created to share information with CZ users, so that we can enjoy the products they produce. Not for humiliating others.
