Moving on to the next stage. Had the two CZ-82s sandblasted (next time bead blasting).
I think I have enough coating for three handguns, so I'm going to prep a surplus CZ-75 pre-B as well. In similar condition to the 82s, severely worn and chipped gloss black paint, I'll use a chemical stripper on this one and avoid the sandblasting issue.
Right now polishing (flitz or fine sandpaper) to smooth out the blasting. Won't actually do application until spring (no heated workspace), so no real hurry.
Can't wait for the reassembly, first time for an 82, but it'll get done somehow.
