Glock!  G19 with G17 magazine and a Pierce +2 for 19+1 to shoot.

Glock 22 ! I haven't shot it since Bill Clinton days. Didn't care for it then! But it came with 5 -16 round magazines and the price was right.
H&K USP SS Compact is my other poly. I like it but it's hammer fired not striker.

VP9 and M&Ps are my favorite striker fired handguns.  The M&P started as a standard 4.25 but traded the slide for a 5” pro slide.  Swapped the barrel for an Apex semi custom barrel, installed the apex forward set sear flat trigger and fiber optic sights.

I really want to buy a long slide for my vp9.  There’s been several times when I’m thinking of selling it but when I take it to the range, it convinces me to keep it.  I fits my hand so well and shoots very accurate. 

My XDm has been on injured reserved for about ten years ever since I messed up the trigger kit install from springer precision.  I seriously need to fix that trigger one day.

Just finished building a p320 x5 with Wilson combat grip module.  Hopefully it becomes one of my favorites.

The M&P 9 was my first gun because it fit my hand better than the Glocks. I like the angle and shape of the frame and I feel like I can get my hand high up against the slide. I can shoot it accurately, and the aftermarket support is fine for my use. The trigger isn't nearly as good as my CZ but I'm ok with that. Some grip tape and a light are all it needed.

I swore up and down that I would never buy a striker action. I thought that I should learn first on a DA SA pistol like the CZ 75 and Beretta 92. I got to try a bunch of polymer pistols with my buddy and really liked the HK VP9. But like anything HK makes, the price point is what kept me from getting into those pistols. Paying 50 bucks for a magazine is a little ridiculous in my book. The Walther P99 was great fun and accurate for me, but the trigger reminded me of the CZ-75. Which is good in that it had a similar trigger break, but at that point why would I buy a gun that already has a similar trigger and different mags compared to what I already have?

Tried the P10F with my buddy and it shot pretty decent for me. Then CZ's rebate for their polymer pistols came out last year. I was flirting with the idea of getting a gun with an optics cut should I ever want a pistol with an optic. Initially, I had the slight issue of this P10C shooting low for me. It came installed with the small backstrap and that did not fit my hand at all. Changed it out to the medium backstrap and now it shoots dead on for me. Even with my initial trepidation about striker pistols, I am now a firm fan of the P10 series and I'm happy to have bought one. It's now the most modern pistol in my collection, haha.

Still love my Glocks that have served me well for the last several years. However, added an old love back into my collection, and nothing else by any other manufacturer is quite the same for me!
Now waiting the next several weeks for my holsters from Custom Holster Solutions to come in; one for it with a TLR1 HL, another for a TLR7A (which should also work for my C9-A2 MF currently on layaway).

I recently added to my non-CZ pistol party with a new M&P 2.0 .40 Performance Center pistol.

4&1/4" barrel, 15 round magazine, optics ready, tall/back up sights, thumb safeties, ported barrel and slide.  I added the thumb safeties a couple days after I got the pistol.  Easy to do on most M&Ps if the frame has the cut outs already.

Can't get those options, in a package, from CZ anymore.  I only bought it due to the porting.  I've got a 1.0 5" PC 9MM that convinced me the porting works to reduce muzzle rise when shooting it.  I wanted to see if the ported .40 works as well as the ported 9MM.

Sure would be nice if you could get a similar package from CZ.  .40 S&W.  Optics ready.  Ported barrel/slide.  Thumb safeties.  In a carry sized pistol

I like to carry my CZ PCR OWB @ 3:30-4 when weather/clothing allows good concealment.

In warmer months, I've been carrying a Sig P365X, a striker-fired 'micro-9', AIWB. Hides well under an untucked T-shirt, holds 12+1, been 100% reliable with the several ammo types I've tried.

I shoot my CZs better, but shoot the P365X well enough for the belly gun that it is.

I pretty much fell that the M&P line these days is the best out of the box striker gun. Excellent factory sights, optics ready, excellent grip texture, thumb safety option, good customer service, lifetime warranty plus more is hard to beat. The M&P is proven and runs good. I recently gave the P10 series a try, but just not for me. In the end I am a DA/SA guy ayways, but if I went back to striker it would be the M&P.

I've had good luck with CZ, Glock, and Shadow Systems.

+1 for Glock. I've tried practically all of them and keep going back to the Glocks. I've fired them so much I seem to be able to pick up any of them in any size and calibre and cut a ragged hole in the paper at a reasonable distance. They just fit me well and I genuinely like the factory triggers for a defensive gun. I also love the low, flat recoil impulse. Makes it easy to shoot quickly as well as accurately.

My second choice would probably be the S&W M&P.
