Another 10-day jail wait starts today.   :'(
Swooped on a new 75 compact manual safety.

For sure I need G10 or P01 rubber grips.

Golf ball G10 palm swells on the newest sp01.  Indeed thicker and grippier than my other G10s.

Cool hand grips.
Normal and Swell type comparison.  The swell have a more aggressive grip bite.  I like it.
Available in compact too.

News to me.  Compact grips fit the non compact 75s.  Just shorter by approx 3/8 inch.

Saturday I get my compact out of 10 day jail.

First pass @ 8yrds.

2nd pass @ 10yrds.

Compact grips on my sp01 worked just fine.  Lol. My signature Kirkland microfiber towels.

Grip gasket.

Clean surfaces with alcohol.
Whip out the wife's glue tape...

Roll in on.

Push the gel glue in so it's under the grip.  I use my thumbnail.

Done

Why do you want to seal the grip panels to the frame?  It seems like a good way to get sealant in the magazine area.   Plus it will attract dirt.

Just curious.

I can't be the only one with grips that do not fit perfectly flat and creak free.  Lol

The gel glue acts kinda like a o-ring.
Fills in the crevices between grips and frame.    I'm far too ocd/anal to allow the glue to cause any functional issues.

Easy to remove this gel glue, it never really dries.  Rolls right off using fingers.

All of my grip panels fit, could it be an out of spec grip panel?  The only grips I have had a problem with was one for a S&W revolver.  Maybe just lucky.
If I had known how much better being retired is than working I would have done it FIRST.
