P10C rolling changes

What changes or upgrades (mechanical or other) has CZ made to the P10C from the time it was introduced until now? I had one of the very first. It was a decent gun. I foolishly traded it long ago. There is a show in Melbourne next week and I'm considering getting a new one.

The ones I know about are below. I am very new to the P10 as I prefer the P07 & P09.

1. Slide cover (back plate) redesigned
2. Ambi mag release to single side
