I manually de-cock all of my CZ's and shoot first shot in in D/A. I never use the de-cocker levers, no need to.
But then again, I am shooting at the range and not in a John Wick scenario. I prefer having a safety for the added functionality.

On my manual safety CZs, I decock by using my thumb to block and roll it off -  a safe way to do so.

IF your pistol has a decocker - use it.

I do think the complexity of the decocker CAN be over emphasized.  However, the ease at which one can service the Omega model is pretty amazing in comparison.  Some of us are old enough to remember when no one was detail stripping the P01 and BD models.  Not on their own. This came over time.  I do find that getting the sear cage back in is a challenge - doable, but sometimes things just don't want to align.

If you want to decock it for safety just by the standard P01.  You'll never have the urge to swap the decocking levers for safeties.

If you did you still can't manually drop the hammer and move the safety lever to the SAFE position.  CZ's don't work that way.

If you want the ambidextrous decocking levers the P01 is the way to go.  But if you're not going to use one lever to drop the hammer to half cock why have a pistol with two decocking levers?

Just buy the older P01 decocker only model.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
