I have a CZ P10S. It is not a Micro, not even really a sub compact. But with a good OWB holster, it can be comfortable to carry. It is totally reliable in function. Trigger break is clean but mine is still a bit more heavy break than I prefer. It is just a solid piece of machinery.
With all that being said, I still cannot shoot it as well as my Cajunized P-07, or any of my Caniks. I added The Galloway Precision magazine extension to my mags and that helped a lot enabling my pinky finger a place to hold the gun.
For the size pistol that it is, I was hoping for more comfort and accuracy. But it is what it is. If I were to shoot it all the time, I know I would get better with it. But here's the rub--Other pistols of similar size or even smaller are easier to shoot better with than the P-10S. Even my trigger modified PSA Dagger Compact is easier to get good groups and consistent hits than the P-10S.
