Update to the requirements to post 'WTS/WTB' ads in the Classifieds

Due to continuing issues with scammers, with effect from 0001(CT) 01/01/24:

Sellers please note: if you want to sell something in the Forum Classifieds you must post a photo of the item that includes a slip of paper with your screen name AND the date. [This is to prevent scammers from just using a picture they found elsewhere on the internet.]

This includes responding to WTB ads as well.

Those ads that do not comply with this requirement will be removed without further notice.

I'm a big fan of simple, low-tech solutions to modern problems.  This new rule will definitely help protect the members.

The rule implies but doesn't necessarily require that the note is handwritten.  Other classifieds have this requirement and it might be good to do the same here.
