CZ customer service sent me a prepaid Fedex label and the PO7 is currently on it's way back to the mothership. Hopefully they get it fixed on the first attempt.
They should get it squared away easily. Service can be hit and miss these days though so report back on what they do.
CZ emailed me today to let me know what they did. I pasted it below. My P07 should be shipping back to me soon.
Case Notes:Disassembled firearm completely and inspected all components. Replaced trigger bar spring and peened into place. Reassembled firearm and function tested; no issues. Test fired 15 rounds CCI Blazer 115gr FMJ. Zero malfunctions, good ejection. Cleaned, oiled, and inspected firearm. All OK. NOTE: If trigger bar spring continues to fall out, please contact CZ-USA.

The bar tip was "peened" or the plastic around the hole was "peened?"

I know, I know, the reply from CZ USA didn't specify.  Years ago I had an issue with two plastic pins holding the trigger assembly in the frame of a 10/22 coming out.  Falling out really, when I was trying to clean the rifle.  I installed them, laid the rifle down on a solid surface to support the left side of the pins.  Then I used a center punch and small hammer to swell the right sight of the pins.  Then I flipped it over and did the same for the left side of the pins .  Zero issues with the pins falling out after that.

So, I've wondered about using a punch to mash the area around a hole in the frame.  I haven't done it.  Just wondered about it.  Of course, the other side of that is putting some rough surfaces on the ends of pins that hold parts in the frame if you're having an issue with them moving.  Haven't had to do that yet.

OP, hope it works and keeps working for you.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Well that's interesting to say the least. I hope it stays together for you but peening a spring in place that can be considered a wear item is a rather curious repair. I know how they would have handled it years ago but well that was years ago.
Report back on how the gun functions when you get it back. If at all possible maybe you could get some pics of what they did?

Yeah, the "repair" worries me some. Sounds like something I could have done myself but we'll see when it arrives Monday. I'll be sure to snap some pics and post them.

Link to pic of repair below. The spring definitely feels much tighter and doesn’t swing back and forth easily when I remove it from under the trigger bar.

Well I guess if it stays in there and the gun functions as it should then it should be fine. I'd be wary of how it would fit though if the spring was replaced down the road. The good news is once those springs are installed and adjusted correctly it's not likely that you should need to mess with again.
