The only way it can apply, according to former Supreme Court decisions, is if the White House had intimate knowledge of the communications that are blocked by the Executive Privilege declaration. By claiming it, White House would have to have had knowledge or involvement in the blocked documents or evidence or activities.

Wow, the Lame-Stream Media must have been issued some marching orders. I read a story on CNN today{0} saying how we should not be prying into the details of F&F and how Holder will be 'taking one for the team' suggesting that the team is 'America'. The writer had the nerve to compare Holder to Oliver North.

I'm a pretty tough guy but all of this garbage makes me weep for this country. Business as usual. Washington style. Corruption from sea to polluted sea.
