Can someone tell me the differences between the PCR, PCR Improved, and the P01?

Thanks.

I asked Mike at CZ that same question yesterday when I had him on the phoen to get a catalog.  He said the PO1 was basicallly a PCR with an accessory rail, and would be available in 9mm only, for now.

Anyone else hear anything?

Anyone know when these will be available?  Are there any photos floating around the web picturing the P01?

Doh!  It is on the CZ-USA web site:

www.cz-usa.com/_p/lep01.php

Take a look at the curled trigger.  Anyone know when these will be available and for what price?  Looks nice.

I didn't look in the law enforcement section.  Thank you for the link.

Hi, they say maybe JULY..u never know.some people will
get them before that..

As a CZUB product it will get my attention..as they all do
here. Yet, if i'd wanted a Compact..i'd have purchased one by now.

The new pistol will appeal to cops and those wanting or
needing the tactical rail..lights or lasers.

Or, for those of us wanting another CZ model.

I am thinking about purchasing a PCR. (Currently have a CZ 100 in 40); got to hold and dry fire a PCR  - felt nice. I did see the new P-01 on the web site and noted the different shaped trigger.  Question - is the trigger shaped changed to accomadate shooting in a gloved hand ? Opinion ?   Also will the P-01 only be avaiable for law enforcement as it has 13 round capacity of will the "old" PCR mags fit?

Speling and syntax errors com naturally to me - I don't even have to try!

so is my PCR an obsolete piece of junk?? I'm not really interested in the rail and sight changes, but just what kind of improvements in metalurgy and guality control are they talking about?

Hello everyone,

I tried to buy a PCR at the CZ Connection here in Norcross, but was told it is no longer available.  So I ordered a PO1 (for $399). I'll let everyone know when it arrives and how it works.

I'm glad I've got the PCR, IMHO it is a better looking gun than the P01 and mine is extremely accurate.

I thought he said 3-5 days, but not for sure so it could be longer.  Didn't have much of a choice since he could not get a PCR.  I'll stop by the store on Monday for an update.

My mistake, he said maybe 3-5 weeks, but I called CZUSA and they said maybe August.
Still looking for a PCR :(

Wait a minute!!!

First, I drool all over my keyboard upon viewing a photo of a CZ 75 BD Compact "Carry", but then I find out this "dream gun" does not exist!!! I drooled all over my keyboard for nothing!!!

Then, I read in a 4/18 post that the PCR has been discontinued???  Is this correct???

I'm trying to buy my first CZ and I'm ending up with heartache!!!

Somebody enlighten me!

If the CZ Connection is teasing the CZ public, perhaps I should do business elsewhere, any suggestions?
