Picked up my DW 15-2 around noon, stopped at a local range and ran 50 rounds of mixed 38 Special and 50 mixed of 357 Mag through the revolver. I'm very happy with the accuracy with the 4 inch barrel and OK with the 6 inch. The 4 inch shot best groups with 125gr SJHP 357 ammo (Federal 357B) and worst with 180gr Keith style 357 hand loads. The 6 inch did best with 158gr LSWC 38 Special hand loads and worst with 125gr SJHP 357 (Federal 357B). The 6 inch did fairly well with 180gr Keith style 357 ammo, but didn't seem to like lighter bullet 357 and 38 Special loads. I need to try some of my 140gr hunting loads out of the 6 inch barrel.
Not too bad for a $425 revolver.

NICE GUN! You have one made at the monson plant which is more desirable than the Palmer made guns.
If you have not already been there be sure to visit
http://www.danwessonforum.comThe Dan Wesson model 15's are great guns, I bought my first model 15 for $350, but it was not with me for long.
I couple months after I bought it I found a 715 (stainless) 4" with the VH barrel (full underlug like our 4".)
I bought it, sold the model 15 and still have it today along with an 8" VH barrel with built in scope rail on top.
