Finally apart of the club!!

To my amazement, my lgs called me and told me my cz97bd was in and ready to be picked up after only ordering it on the 26th of march!!! I was happy!!! I have it and I love it so far. I am gonna have to wait till next weekend to shoot it though. Here it is when I picked it up. When I get a chance I will do better pics.

Sorry guys, I was at disney on ice with the fam for my girls daughter's 5th birthday.  Thanks guys, gdawg, I got it at ctrguns. I was extremely surprised they got it. Owner saw one of his distributors got it in and he snatched it up for me right away. '14 model.

Congratulations, you will love it!  l have been waiting for over six months for mine but pitched it up last week and shot it for the first time on Friday.  The trigger was very smooth right out of the box unlike my pcr.
Looks like they are being shipped again, saw another one for sale at the marksman .com last night the also have the b version.  Enjoy!

Dang cznomad, I thought I was gonna have to wait that long or longer too. I contacted cz and they said latest would be october but should be sooner. This was apart of cz's january shipment, the one I thought I missed but my lgs was checking at the right time and seen this popped up on one of his distributors books and got it for me. He remembered cause he loves cz's and I am the only one who orders them from him.

   Gdawg, my general manager and I are planning a range session at caswells in a couple weeks, when I know the date I will let you know and you should come join us.

Congrats!  I own a few 75s, but only one 97B.  No need to have more than one perfect handgun...

I need to get a pair of the new grips, or so I'm thinking.

I took an unexpected trip to the desert this weekend and all I had was my spinner target to shoot at. The big marks are my 97bd from 25ft away. Left to right is 6inch to 2 inch. The 2inch took some aiming but I did manage to hit it a few times. It fires almost like my 1911. The kick is less and a little different than my 1911. I like my 1911 trigger better but I think I will install a 85c trigger and do a trigger job. Other than that it functions flawlessly and is very accurate.
